asciidoc fails:

asciidoc -a toc -a toclevels=3 -a
themedir=/home/star/src/Subsurface/Documentation --theme compact_wf
user-manual.txt || true
asciidoc: illegal command options

I guess the problem is with '--theme' parameter which should be passed as
attribute instead, i.e. '-a theme=...'
