Language warning in preferences is annoying

I think finally tracked this one down.
What happened was that if you open the Subsurface preferences dialog for
the first time on a machine (or for the first time since we added the
language selection), the state of the language selection ended up
inconsistent - and even though you had not touched the language settings
Subsurface still was convinced that you had changed it.
I just committed a fix for this to my local tree and will push it out
when I have a chance (on a plane as I am writing this).
Miika, can you verify that this no longer happens? You may have to edit
the preferences (on Linux that's ~/.config/Subsurface/Subsurface.conf)
and delete the [Language] section in order to reproduce the situation
that I think triggered the issue...
