[PATCH] Hook up colour printing with print dialog.

Hi Lubomir,

colour - sure....will do this evening.

I'll wait on other opinions on the default (in case anyone violently
disagrees).

Which border and what print options are you using?  I had a missing top
border before the colour hook up work so I'm not sure it's connected.  But
I was fiddling with some parameters, so I'll check that.

I noticed that printing to pdf seemed to preserve borders.
