I've already talked to Marcel and I'm told connman already supports this. Now 
I just need to convince NM folks to have the same setting.

The point is: when my laptop is connected to "RSN2OfficeWLAN" or "Intel VPN", I 
need a proxy, but when it's connected to "NETGEAR-A33E53", no VPN is 
necessary. The thing that knows best what I am connected to is the thing that 
made the connection in the first place :-)
