Qt port updates

Linus' last post reminded me that I need to update the mailing list more
often.

Over the last few days the Qt port has made major progress. At this
point I think it is definitely worth playing with. There's a long list
of bugs filed against it already (Qt-UI on trac.hohndel.org) and there
are clearly large chunks still missing (several dialogs are missing
completely like yearly statistics, web integration, adding a dive
manually, dive planning, etc), and several parts still have limitations,
but it seems to be mostly usable.

I need to re-test the dive computer download. Something didn't work
right there and I ran out of time with other things to work on. That one
is next on my list.

I think Tomaz will work on the design of the info and stats tabs next.

Quite a few others (including Linus!) have started sending patches and
that's really appreciated. But even if you aren't likely to send code,
feedback and bug reports would be quite welcome.

/D
