Divelogs.de integration

The API is available in https://www.divelogs.de/dl_api.html. I do not know
that there would be more documentation than on that page. However, Rainer
(the author of divelogs.de) does usually chime in when needed and should be
responding to emails (if not diving and taking great photos). It should be
easy enough to see the responses by playing with the dl_api page...
