I don't remember all the details from memory, but I believe all Oceanic 
devices from the vtpro family record timestamps in each sample, 
regardless of the time or depth based sampling. That timestamp has only 
a resolution of one minute. For a time based sampling, that's not a 
major problem because you can use the sample interval to figure out the 
exact timestamp. But for the depth based sampling, there is no sample 
rate, and you can't do this.

I never noticed. But I usually don't need to look into the database 
files.

I have two memory dumps containing dives with a depth based sample rate. 
Do I send you the raw memory dumps, or do you prefer to have the data 
downloaded into oceanlog instead?
