new daily builds

I still need to work a bit on the automation of all this, but I now am set up to create daily binaries for

- Windows (64bit/Qt5 and 32bit/Qt4)
- Mac (64bit/Qt5)
- Ubuntu (14.4 & 14.10)
- LinuxMint 7
- Debian Jessie
- OpenSUSE (13.1, 13.2, Tumbleweed)
- Fedora 20

Unless otherwise noted, all the builds are both 32 and 64bit and Qt5 only. All the Linux builds are reasonably automated and I’m hoping to set this up so they really are automatically published every night. The Windows and Mac builds are not quite at the point where they are fully automated, right now I still need to trigger them manually.
