Build error for subsurface companion (android)

Hi,

I tried to build the project using maven (oh! goody), and I am presented
with this following error when running `mvn clean install`:

~/subsurface-android/AndroidManifest.xml:50: error: Error: No resource
found that matches the given name (at 'value' with value
'@integer/google_play_services_version').

I think this is due to that the play services are not added to the
depenedency(I am at doubt here).

Can anyone educate me what is happening?
