It seems, Roberto is not using the latest master. For me, this dive looks like this:

And there are no double entries.

What bugs me though is that the html table gives garbage upon cut&paste. This is really bad since the user is supposed to exactly do that and paste it to a word processor for last layout touches before printing it on the wet notes.
