CCR patch: add functionality for xml/git import and export

This patch adds the ability to read and write the additional CCR
attibutes to file (xml or git). Changes:
1) In parse-xml.c: add code to parse O2setpoint, o2sensor[0] to
    o2sensor[2], diluentpressure, no_o2sensors, dctype.
2) In save-xml.c: add code to write the above variables.
3) In load-git.c: add code to read the above variables.
4) in save-git.c: add code to save the above variables.
5) in dive.c: add code to remove duplicate sequential values
    for o2setpoint,o2sensor[0] to o2sensor[3], diluentpressure.

The import and export from/to git needs cross-checking since this
feature is undocumented
and cannot be invoked (tested?) from the standard main menu.

The forthcoming CCR patch will write the appropriate po2 values into the
sample->po2
variable.
