print and assembly a double faced page of logbook

what about to put a border on each page of the logbook when printing it?
This could be used as space useful for punching. I would like to have it
expecially on single dive per page. In the double dive per page the space
should be on the border of each divelog. I put an example... :-) have a
nice coding!
