I'm not in love with it, but it's one file that serves a very specific
purpose. I cleaned it up a tiny bit but left it mostly unchanged... and
pushed it so I wouldn't forget again :-)

So a slight variation of what you have is now in master. I made sure it
works with the new divesite infrastructure and dealt with a few other
issues. If you could send any patches relative to that, I'd appreciate it.

access db support? Double hmm
I'm wondering, would it be possible / easier to have a standalone
converter? How common are these files? How many users will come to
Subsurface and need support for this?
