Website Fedora build instructions are missing libcurl-devel and libssh2-devel

I'll fix the website. Thanks for catching that.

It seems that the build instructions in pretty much all languages are way
out of date... when I noticed it, I added warnings in English at the top.
I'm thinking that we should either update them or delete them and just
point people at the English instructions...
