I just noticed that a new file CloudStorage.qml slipped in, which isn't used 
yet. I suggest to leave that in, it will be used shortly, even if it's just a 
copy of Preferences.qml right now -- that in light of the navigation menu and 
preference refactoring Dirk and I discussed on irc earlier today.

If you don't want that one yet, keep #0002 unmerged for now, let me know and 
I'll split it.
