[PATCH] Do not ignore the first tag on autocompletion.

I found this bug while investigating ticket #923. It seems that if the user
had a taglist like: Sentinel, sffff, sggg, shhhh this patch would fix
showing of Sentinel since it was the first tag in the list. If the user had
a taglist like "saaaa, sbbb, Sentinel, sffff, sggg" then this patch won't
help him. I was unable to reproduce the issue he describes though, a taglist
containing upper and lowercase tags displayed just fine.
