Bühlmann Planner Tissue Graph

The tissue graph in dive planner shows the maximum allowed supersaturation
based on the gradient factors configured in Preferences, not in the dive
planner.

To reproduce, use 4.5.4.11 and plan a dive. Turn the tissue graph on,
select Bülhmann and change gradient factors. Notice how the black line in
the tissue graph doesn't change. 100/100 should show a flat line, 35/75
should show a line that angles up during ascent.
