Subsurface-mobile alpha -1089

I made a quick new alpha available. This addresses three issues:
- user manual can be opened (in web browser) from the mobile app
- darker font for dive list
- show 'accessing cloud' when manually forcing a refresh

The changes should be small enough and straight forward enough that nothing should have broken. I'd appreciate if a few people could test things before I push this to production (I tested it here on three devices and can't find anything odd)
