Subsurface libdivecomputer branch merged with upstream..

I upgraded to upstream and now I can't compile anymore (undefined enums related 
to rebreathers). Even build.sh in a freshly cloned repository doesn't work, 
because it doesn't seem to fetch libdivecomputer. build.log attached.

Help?
