Did some bt-testing with a OSTC4 and it mostly worked. This was with
pre-built Qt5.7 binaries, and bluez 5.41. (Ubuntu 16.10)

The firmware upgrade check code I blindly wrote didn't work, due to the
version number format, but I'll fix that.

About half of the strings we emit from the OSTC4 are bogus, so I'll
need do send some patches for that to.


I'll see if I can find a Windows machine to test some bt stuff on to.
