Importing Smart trak logs.

Dear Sirs,
I have a log file of dives using smarttrtak.
I would like to import these into Subsurface for which I am using for for my new Suunto Zoop Nova.
I am using Windows 10.
Step by step instructions would be very helpful as I am not experienced in using Linux.
I would also like to say I am very pleased with you program, especially compared to Suuntos own.
