Root and Wayland

[Willem Ferguson]

The text in the user manual refers specifically to the process of setting
up the appropriate groups in order to get USB access. I am very far from
good Internet access but will update the user manual to be unambiguous when
I get to good Internet access. Kind regards, Willem
