subsurface Cloud-access

Hello,

 

since hours I try to get an subsurface Cloud-access.

In the program 4.8.1 (german vers.)  I can’t find any position for cloud
access.

 

I already downloaded the mobile application.

Here I’m asked for


-E-Mail

-Passwort

 

Furthemore I was informed that a verification E-Mail was send to my
E-Mail-account syncro-driver at gmx.de

I never received that.

 

I have no clue how to get these data.

Even the FAQ can’t help.

 

How to proceed?

Maybe you have a step by step instruction?
