Bugs in dive planner

Using version 4.7.5-125

Open the attached dive  plan. This gives "1. dive opened.jpg"

Then go log -> Edit in planner. This gives "2. Opened for edit.jpg". 
Notice the gas partial pressure graph is switched of.

Now switch on the gas pressure graph (malfunctions with both O2 and N2 
graph for me).

This gives "3. O2 profile activated.jpg". Notice the dive points are not 
updated to reflect the dive profile, they hang amongst the O2 partial 
pressure info.

Now click with the mouse anywhere on the dive profile. This results in 
"4. on-profile click.jpg".

The cylinder pressure graphs are destroyed.

This appears quite repeatable on my Ubuntu 16.04 machine.

My images slightly small, but I hope the above assists in tracking down 
the problem.
