Aqualung i470tc - any experiences or thoughts on compatibility?

Most likely it will require some tweaking out of the box, and we'll
need somebody who can do some - likely fairly minimal - testing and
send a few dumps our way.

It *probably* acts very similarly to other existing Aqualung devices
that we already support, in which case the testing ends up being just
a few rounds (first we need to figure out the bluetooth name, add a
guess as to what the layout is, then do a dump, and then Jeff can
probably figure out what small detail the Pelagic people changed
_this_ time).

So making it work would not be immediate: probably three
back-and-forth testing things, each of which could have a latency of
several days. And that's the _best_ case where it's really just a
tweak of an existing thing. If there are any bigger changes, it could
be much more painful.
