Subsurface-mobile v3 user manual

We have a new Android Beta out that already has the in-app link to the new manual.
Unfortunately I had to withdraw the new iOS Beta as that creates a very odd crash at start...
Hopefully I'll be able to figure out what's wrong with that tomorrow. I hadn't done a build on iOS in almost a week, so I'm not quite sure which change is causing that crash, but it shouldn't be too hard to pin down - it's not even 40 commits, many of which are translations and documentation...
