First time subsurace usage surprises

Generally they are indeed dive specific. However, on a scuba trip it
would help to be able to pre-fill some location information before
adding the actual dive sites. E.g. inserting first Malesia/Sipadan and
then adding the dive sites individually would lessen the effort.

In short, the work still required for the yearly stats display, is to
have it on main window instead of a separate window, with a selection
option of selecting between dive list mode, yearly statistics mode and
the future dive trip statistics mode. I hope I'll have some time in
late August to look into the changes (unless someone beats me to it).

And yes, the dive trip support would be a separate feature/patch.
