[PATCH] User manual update : text about Companion app

  Update user manual about Companion program

     This updates the part of the manual dealing with the Companion program
     to include the features of Companion V2.0. Add locations using map
     and view dive locations afterwards on map. Two graphics were added.

Clearly the interface of V2 looks a bit different from that of V1.7 and the
documentation will need some more work after V2 has appeared in the Play 
store.
My auto-update has not worked yet, despite being a tester for the beta.
