First a very serious THANK YOU to all the translators.
For the app.
For the website.
For the user manual.

The amount of work you do is impressive - and Subsurface is a much better
project thanks to you. Our statistics show that at this point only about
45% of our users use Subsurface in English.

Thanks to Robert's patch this morning (and I really mean "thanks", this is
not a hidden criticism) we improved what the users are shown for TTS and
NDL when those calculations are cut short. Which resulted in two rather
trivial new strings. Those have been pushed to Transifex.

Additionally, a quick comment on my criteria for including translations in
Subsurface. I usually say "if more than 50% of the strings are translated,
then likely this translation will be useful for some users". With this in
mind, here are three translations that are really close to the cut-off:

Latvian: 50%
Hebrew: 48%
Turkish: 46%

I know that Benjamin is working on Hebrew, so I'm planning on including
that beause even if he won't reach 50% by tomorrow he will do so soon
enough so by the time we cut 4.5.1 it will be a very useful translation to
have.

What about Latvian and Turkish? Is anyone actively working on those?
Latvian may not have a huge user base, but if someone is working on that
I'm willing to include it. Turkish actually has a reasonably large user
base - but since we are not "premium users" of Transifex (I already spend
way too much money on Subsurface, so we only use the free service), it's
not easy for me to see if anyone is actively working on this, unless I
constantly look on their website (or maybe I could write a script that
filters the things I pull to create meaningful data... I'll look into
that).

Anyway, if you are working on a language that's around the 50% mark,
please drop me a note!

Current plan is to release 4.5 tomorrow(-ish) and to expect a 4.5.1 that
fixes the bugs our users find and updates the translations around the end
of this month.
