Cannot save to cloud server: 4.5.6 on Ubuntu 16.10

That's a known bug. I'm not sure if we have a newer daily build for 16.10 in the PPA, but you should be able to use the AppImage that you can find at http://subsurface-divelog.org/downloads/daily
