Good point. I've left my dives in 'trips' because that's how they're
organized by default when I download them. Until now I've had no need not
to have the dives as trips. I'll have a play.

Maybe if there's no trip data, we could at least display a date range (and
might be a good idea even if there is trip data). And if there's no trip
location but only one dive site, display that site. If there are several
sites, display "multiple sites".
